How do you get a OSRS Rune Pouch

Jan 31, 23 om 08:39
The Rune Pouch in OSRS is an extremely useful item. It lets players keep three distinct types of runes, in amounts of approximately 16,000. This effectively condenses three inventory spaces into one which can be invaluable in a game like Old School RuneScape.

However, powerful objects like Rune Pouch aren't without their limitations. Rune Pouch are locked behind some pretty hefty requirements. It will take a significant amount of time and effort to unlock, however the benefit the Pouch gives is definitely worth the effort.

The additional inventory space that is not available by using the Pouch are typically used to store food or other items when fighting bosses like Vorkath, or simply for extra teleports in quests or working on Treasure Trails. To conserve these inventory spaces I'll show you how to acquire the Rune Pouch in OSRS in this guide.

Slayer Rewards

The Rune Pouch in OSRS can be obtained in a few different ways. The first, and perhaps the easiest, is simply to buy it at the Slayer Master in the game. It's a cost of the sum of 750 Slayer Points. No matter what your Slayer Level, 750 Points is quite a lot, and it will take an extended time to accumulate.

But, there are ways you can maximize your productivity from this task. You should first determine which jobs you hate in the first place, and invest some points to avoid them. Spending a few Slayer points now will save a lot of frustration and headaches in the future.

Furthermore, you'll receive extra Slayer Points for every 10th 50th, 100th, 250th, and 1000th task completed. Many players capitalize on this with a practice called "Konar Boosting." Each Slayer Master will give a different amount of points for each task, and Konar gives the most.

To Konar Boost, simply use any Master you like, and shift to Konar for your 10th, 50th, 100th 250th, 1000th, or 10th task. You'll need a Combat level of 75 in order to work with Konar as she is found on Mount Karluum, just north of the Farming Guild on Great Kourend.

If you've attained the 750 Slayer Points, head to every Slayer Master, it doesn't matter, and launch the Rewards interface, NOT the supply shop, that deals in GP. From this interface, simply click the right button to purchase in the Rune Pouch.

Last Man Standing

The second way of getting the Rune Pouch in OSRS is to buy one at Justine's Stuff to be the price of Last Shopper Standing, with the Pouch costing 75 Last Man Standing Points. To obtain these points, you must play in the Competitive tier in the Last Man Standing minigame.

Last Man Standing is a PvP minigamethat's like the battle royale. Contact Lisa on the Ferox Enclave in the middle of the Wilderness for a chance to start. It's a fun minigame that is safe and you are not allowed to bring things from the outside and you'll be pitted against three to twenty three other players.

In the minigame itself all combat statistics, excluding Defence, will be set to their maximum level of 99, all Prayers, and The Ancient Spellbook will be available regardless of whether or not you meet the requirements to get them. Prayer Points and Run Energy will be infinite.

The goal for Last Man Standing is, quite easily explained that you are the last person (or woman) standing. In the event of killing another player the stats and items that have been depleted will be replenished, and you will get an ominous key.

The bloody key is to be used to open chests in the Last Man Standing map, which are filled with Old School RuneScape's most powerful PvP weapons, including for instance the Armadyl Godsword and Dragon Claws. Check out the Crush Weapon Guide to see what's in it.

You'll receive five Last Man Standing Points for taking a win in first place, four for third place. Three for the third and fourth places, and two points for fifth and ninth place. Placing tenth through nineteenth is worth one point. You'll also earn three points for three kills as well as two points for five kills, regardless of your placement.

After you've earned up to the required 75 Last Man Standing Points, they can be exchanged for a Rune Pouch from Justine's Stuff in exchange for Last Shopper Standing, located near the LMS lobby, which is located in the Ferox Enclave. Please note, however, that your account has to have at minimum 48 hours of playing time as a Member to access the shop.

Rune Pouch Note

In the shop's interface, make a purchase of either an actual Rune Pouch or a Rune Pouch note. The Rune Pouch note is similar to other banknotes in the game, it can be exchanged in exchange in exchange for a real Rune Pouch at any bank. Remember, the Rune Pouch cannot be re-noted.

Another thing to bear in mind with regard to the Rune Pouch note is that it's a tradeable item offering a third option to acquire an Rune Pouch in OSRS. If you're not keen to grind Slayer or Last Man Standing, you can buy a Rune Pouch note on the Grand Exchange.

While the cost fluctuates and must be checked prior to should you choose to take this option The Rune Pouch note is likely to stay quite expensive at several million GP due to the effort and time required to get an item through Justine's Stuff.

A final point to consider is that players are able to only have one Rune Pouch in their possession at any point, and the Pouch is lost if a player-killed within the Wilderness or in an PvP world with inherent risk. Because of this, many players choose to keep several Rune Pouch Notes as backups.

Final Thoughts

Getting a Rune Pouch in OSRS can be achieved using various methods. To begin, you must train your Slayer skill until you've got 750 Slayer Rewards Points. Training such as blocking unneeded tasks, and Konar Boosting can help with this.

If you prefer, you can participate in instead the Last Man Standing minigame until you have at least 75 Last Man Standing points, then you can purchase a Rune Pouch or Note from Justine's Shop. For a simpler purchase, you can purchase a Rune Pouch Note from the Grand Exchange, provided you have the spare capital.
