A New Beginning in the Premier League Wi

With the coming and going of so many managers at the end of this Premier League season, the Premier https://www.ramsmaster.com/Derek_Carrier_Jersey.NFL League truly seems like its in an exciting new transitional period. New mentalities and personalities, and a step in to the unknown for one of the biggest clubs in world football. Manchester United has taken the departure of Alex Ferguson as an opportunity for continuity. By hiring David Moyes they have chosen a manager in the https://www.ramsmaster.com/Greg_Zuerlein_Jersey.NFL same stead as their departing one, but with enough scope for evolution. Chelsea, however, with their scatter gun approach to management, seem to have grown tired of seeking new beginnings and are instead choosing a new approach, one that is rarely succe sful, devolution.By turning to familiarity, Chelsea (and more specifically Roman Abramovich), have resigned themselves to their own failures. By failing to back any of their managers since Mourinho, (let us not forget that the trophy cabinet was not exactly bare since his departure), their has been an inability to https://www.ramsmaster.com/Trumaine_Johnson_Jersey.NFL find a consistency of direction and approach, of playing style and ethos. It is of no doubt that Jos Mourinho is an outstanding manager. It would be foolish to argue otherwise, he has a win percentage of 67.72%, an incredible statistic. It may well be that his return marks a new beginning for Chelsea and a period of succe s. However the recent https://www.ramsmaster.com/Robert_Woods_Jersey.NFL history of both Mourinho and Chelsea suggests that if it is, it will not be a long one.Chelsea do not retain the services of managers long, and Mourinho has not been at a club for what can be considered long-term. What must also be considered is the tradition of managers returning to their old flames, which is often not overly succe sful. Dalglish, Busby and https://www.ramsmaster.com/Greg_Gaines_Jersey.NFL Keegan all faired rather poorly in their second spells at the respective clubs. If these precedents hold true with Mourinhos return to Chelsea, then one question springs to mind. Is there really anywhere Chelsea can turn?

The Championship Preview Week 1 includin

This Friday sees the start of one of the most competitive leagues in Europe, The nPower Championship. 24 teams battling it out for an all exclusive place in The Premier League and in a tightly contested nine months, you can never be certain https://www.ramsmaster.com/Bryce_Hager_Jersey.NFL who will climb their way out of the division. One of the strongest set of teams in The Championship for a long time, there is sure to be a few surprises.Cardiff vs HuddersfieldIt has been a pre-season of change this year for Cardiff City. Malaysian owner, Datuk Chan Tien Ghee, has done something almost unheard of these days in football. Cardiff, a side that have worn a blue home kit since 1908, have changed their colours to red. They have also changed their badge, something some Bluebirds fans have been up in arms about. On the positive side though, the busine sman, worth approximately 800m, has created an investment plan which includes a stadium expansion, a bigger transfer budget and a brand new state of the art training facility. On the transfer front, manager Malky Mackay has brought home local lad Craig Bellamy to add some goals in order to finish in a Play off position once again.A quieter pre-season for Huddersfield however, as Simon Grayson has gone about his busine s in a calm and clever way. The former Leeds United bo s has taken Adam Clayton from his old club and added Oliver Norwood, who was once at Manchester United. Grayson also secured thesignaturesof Keith Southern from Blackpool and Anthony Gerrard from Cardiff, both for undisclosed fees. Huddersfield have also, so far, kept hold of 22 year old Scotland international Jordan Rhodes. A target for many Premier League clubs including Fulham and newly promoted West Ham, Rhodes scored a staggering 6hat-trickslast season for The Terriers which saw him finish on 36 league goals. Prediction: I predict Cardiff to finish higher out of the two, but I dont think Huddersfield will struggle to keep their position in the league this year.Cardiff 3-1 HuddersfieldLeeds vs WolvesIm backing Leeds to have a decent season this year. Neil Warnock has taken over at Elland Road and will have his sights set on promotion. Whether they get it or not is another matter but with the lo s of creative spark Robert Snodgra s to Norwich, Warnock will need to find someone with the same level of ability to keep the team ticking. Not an https://www.ramsmaster.com/Joe_Namath_Jersey.NFL easy task. The Leeds defence looks more solid than that of last year with the signings of Adam Drury and Jason Pearce and the fans will be hoping for at least a Play Off place.Wolves had a horrible season in 2011/12, finishing bottom of The Premier League. A fresh start was needed by the club and that is what they got, with Norwegian Stale Solbakken coming in as as manager. Michael Kightly departed for Stoke City and with Steven Fletcher and Matt Jarvis widely expected to be joining him in the so called best league in the world, that leaves a gaping hole in the Wolves side. Exciting Iceland international Bjorn Sigurdarson has been brought in for 2.4m as Wolves try to bounce straight back up to the top flight.Prediction: I expect both teams to be around the top 6 for the majority of the season but you can never tell in this league. Home win.Leeds 2-1WolvesBarnsley vsMiddlesbroughBarnsleys youngest ever captain Jacob Butterfield, has abandoned them in an attempt to make a name for himself with Norwich City in the Premier League, but The Tykes have been quick to replace him with Polish midfielder Tomasz Cywka, after his contract at Reading expired. The reds have also signed big Egyptian Mido in an attempt to keep them up, but fans will have to wait to see the ex Spurs striker in action as he has damaged his hamstring in a pre-season game. Mido not fit to play? Whod have though it?Middlesbrough were one of the more impre sive teams to visit The Amex (Brighton and Hove Albions ground The American Expre s Community Stadium) last season and it was a pleasure to watch their style of football, although they lacked a creative spark. Emmanuel Ledesma looks a promising signing, already scoring on his debut in a 2-1 https://www.ramsmaster.com/Derek_Carrier_Jersey.NFL win over Bury in the first round of the Capital One Cup. Previously having trialled with Brighton before his move to Walsall in 2011, Ledesma joins Middlesbrough looking to revive his career and help Boro finish in the top 6.Prediction: I fancy Middlesbrough to have a succe sful season if they stop relying so heavily on Marvin Emnes to provide the goals, taking it a step further than last years 7th place finish for a Play Off spot. For Barnsley however, a bleak season glares at them, straight in the face.Barnsley 1-3 MiddlesbroughBirmingham vs CharltonBirmingham had a good season last time round and will be looking to maintain the sort of performances that allowed them to finish in 4th place. With Lee Clark replacing Chris Hughton, he has a lot to live up to and The Blues fans will not accept le s than another stint in the Play Offs. The spine of the team has been maintained and with the likes of Darren Ambrose being recruited, Birmingham should be contenders.A Charlton squad that doesnt yet look complete nor ready to survive the harshne s of The Championship. Depending on Chris Powells ability to get some talent added, fans at The Valley could have their hands in their heads come May. 21 Year old https://www.ramsmaster.com/Kurt_Warner_Jersey.NFL Chris Solly looks apromising player, but he is attracting interest from some of the top clubs in the country. Can The Addicks hold on?Prediction: Lee Clark will be demanding a winning start from his boys and I can see them getting it. Charlton will have to replicate the work rate and pa sion that saw them get promoted, giving blood sweat and tears to the cause to have a chance of survival.Birmingham 2-0 CharltonBurnley vs BoltonWhat a way to kick off the season for these two local rivals! Along with Blackburn, Bolton would have been the game that The Clarets would have been keeping an eye on when the Championship fixtures were announced, and with the added spice of Bolton manager Owen Coyle being an ex Burnley manager, this is likely to be an interesting game to say the least.Burnley have signed Jason Shackell on a four-year deal and have also handed the captaincy to the 28 year old. Losing top scorer Jay Rodriguez to Southampton, Burnley will be relying on Charlie Austin and new permanent signing Sam Vokes to deliver the goals for Eddie Howes team.Boltons relegation means they lost a number of first https://www.ramsmaster.com/Josh_Reynolds_Jersey.NFL team players over the summer. Ju si Jaaskelainen, Nigel Reo-Coker, Ivan Klasnic and Gretar Stein son have all departed from The Reebok, leaving Owen Coyle to fill the gaps. Replacing Jaaskelainen with Andy Lonergan from Leeds, adding Ireland international Keith Andrews and splashing out to add 6ft3 Matt Mills to their ranks, The Trotters are another team looking for promotion.Prediction: Anything can happen in the opening day of the season, especially if it is a local derby like this one.Burnley 2-2 BoltonCr

Rangers Arent Out of Trouble Yet

Last weeks refusal by Rangers players to accept a wage cut of 15% shows that they are still a club in turmoil. Their demotion to the fourth tier of Scottish football was supposed to serve as a fresh start for a future of prosperity and succe s, both financially and on the pitch https://www.storebengals.com/Adam_Jones_Jersey.NFL . So far its only happened on the pitch. They could have easily recruited players who have been succe sful in the lower leagues and Rangers would still have had similar succe s. However, they instead chose to bring in SPL players on SPL wages and while they have completely dominated this season, it https://www.storebengals.com/Jake_Fisher_Jersey.NFL wouldnt have made a difference if they were 5 points clear rather than 20, as long as they get promoted. Their main focus should be the financial figures.Ally McCoist has agreed to take a 50% pay cut in his 825,000 wages, which would have made him one of the highest paid managers in the SPL, and along with the executive who gave back his 200,000 bonus, shows that at least some people https://www.storebengals.com/A_J_Green_Jersey_70.NFL at Rangers are trying to do something about their current financial plight; even though they really shouldnt have been given anywhere near that amount of money in the first place. Along with the huge bonuses and wages there are little things that show some people at Rangers havent quite realised the seriousne s of the situation, evidenced by the decision to book into a four star hotel before their game away at Forfar, which is only around two hours https://www.storebengals.com/Damion_Willis_Jersey.NFL away. However the decision by the players to not accept a 15% pay cut po sibly tops them all and shows that the players also dont have the clubs best interests in their thoughts. If I were a Rangers fan I would be offended by such a refusal. Of course, they arent obligated to take a pay cut and they probably view it as the clubs i sue and not theirs, but sometimes tough decisions need to be made. It isnt as if most of the players rely on all of their wages https://www.storebengals.com/John_Ross_Jersey.NFL to survive, such as David Templeton who gave up a promising Scotland career to join Rangers when they were in what is now Scottish League Two. Either he wanted to be part of the project or they were paying him a lot of money for a player at that level, po sibly more than what he was getting at Hearts, I believe the latter. They may have come through the worst at Rangers but it is far from over yet.

What would Wesley Sneijder bring to Live

Just over three years ago, the former Ajax and Real https://www.76erstoreshop.com/justin-anderson-jersey Madrid playmaker was being mentioned in the same breath as Me si, Ronaldo and Iniesta. This was after he had jinked his way to a UEFA Champions League winners medal with his current club Inter and shot his Holland side to the 2012 World Cup final, scoring five goals and finishing joint top scorer. On reflection, perhaps Sneijder should have found a new challenge then, rather than deteriorating along with the fortunes of Inter after the departure of Jose Mourinho. A move to the Premiership helped Rafael van der Vaart, a player who began his early career at Ajax with Sneijder, rejuvenate his own form after two frustrating years at the Bernabeu a hell that Sneijder has also endured. After two years at Tottenham, van der Vaart has a decent strike rate of one goal every three matches, having adapted to life in England quickly. In Sneijder, https://www.76erstoreshop.com/jerryd-bayless-jersey Brendan Rogers would be acquiring an intelligent, experienced and creative midfielder who could become the conductor of the sides two lynchpins Luis Suarez and Steven Gerrard.Connecting the piecesLiverpool currently face the problem that they are far too over reliant on Suarez to score goals as well as provide opportunities for others. Thankfully, Rogers lack of striking options has forced the Uruguayan to fulfil the role of an out and out goal scorer, leaving room for a more withdrawn https://www.76erstoreshop.com/allen-iverson-jersey forward behind him to help him out.Unfortunately, Steven Gerrard cant do this any more and is best deployed in a deeper position spraying his famous pa ses around the midfield and getting into shooting positions with later surges. Pity really, if only Gerrard had been five years older than Lampard in Euro 2008, I reckon England might have just won that tournament with those two in midfield. Thus far, its been left up to players such as Jonjo Shelvey and even Raheem Sterling, a wide player by nature, to bridge the gap between Gerrard and Suarez. In 2010, there would have been no one better than Sneijder to slot in, but I think even after three stale years at the San Siro he could be a vital piece to the Liverpool jigsaw. He provides another steady head to help Steven Gerrard martial the inexperienced players around them: Sterling, Shelvey, Wisdom and Suso. As a joint Golden Boot https://www.76erstoreshop.com/wilt-chamberlain-jersey winner, he adds another much needed goal threat. And ultimately, hes just a really good player! Capable of performing an advanced playmaker or even trequartista role, Sneijders ability to find space and https://www.76erstoreshop.com/robert-covington-jersey use it effectively could be a real breath of fresh air at Anfield. While the deal is yet to be confirmed, Sneijder has reportedly agreed to take a pay cut to make the move to Merseyside happen. In the modern era, that speaks volumes about a players personality and desire to play football. The Kop could easily fall in love with this guy but only time will tell.

A Footballing Game Of Thrones A Footballing Game Of Thrones

With Game of Thrones season seven filming now under way, we only have a few more months until the show returns to our screens. Like many who are suffering from GOT withdrawal symptoms, linking the show to anything else, is a must to get by. So with this in mind and coinciding with the football season getting well under https://www.shopproyankees.com/new-york-yankees/phil-rizzuto-jersey way, which GOT characters match a footballing parallel?Beware! If you have not seen the latest season, it may contain spoilers.Steven Gerrard Jon SnowA fairly obvious one for us to get under way with. Two fiercely competitive fighters, who are completely dedicated to their causes. Incredibly loyal to their families and in some cases, willing to die for them. Snow, was famously dedicated to the Nights Watchmen, before eventually, for them. Whereas Steven Gerrard was happy to put in 18-years worth of service to the Reds. He wasnt murdered, as much as not offered a new contract. Lionel Me si Tyrion LannisterThis pairing is certainly not based on looks, but they https://www.shopproyankees.com/new-york-yankees/yogi-berra-jersey do have more in common than you might think. Both were told they , but brains have succeeded over brawns, as both are now at the top. The pair are tactically astute, deadly skilful and ma sively respected in their fields. Although both are loyal, perhaps Me si more so. Hes not shot Luis Enrique with a cro sbow Yet.Sir Alex Ferguson Tywin LannisterTwo absolute bo ses in their respective fields. So competitive, with both willing to do anything to get themselves to the top https://www.shopproyankees.com/new-york-yankees/adam-lind-jersey . They both have a knack for winning and more specifically, winning at the last minute when the odds seem to be running against them. Both are tactical geniuses, who arent afraid to ditch any of the dead weight, even if theyre big players. Tywin Lannister was quick to sentence his own son to death, Fergie was much better though, Becks got a boot in the face.Pepe Joffrey BaratheonThis is no reflection of Pepes personality off the pitch. But on a football field, I think this is a great comparison. Both love to play acting and making the most of injuries. Yet they both deal out their own brand of justice. For Pepe, its simply standing on a hand or giving someone a little https://www.shopproyankees.com/new-york-yankees/matt-holliday-jersey head-butt, Joffrey on the other hand is a bit stricter, going for peoples tongues instead. Despite both of them thinking rather highly of themselves, they dont really have a lot to back it up.Neymar Jamie LannisterThe two most flamboyant people on the list? Both love to show off their skills, reminding us all just how talented they actually are. Both have enjoyed hugely succe sful careers and have had natural talent carry them to the top of their respective games. They are both pretty much the best at https://www.shopproyankees.com/new-york-yankees what they do.There are plenty more which are worth an honourable mention. Joey Barton seems to have a striking resemblance to the Hound, and it would be easily plausible to see Mesut Ozil on the same team as Little Finger. It highlights just why GOT and Football are so . They are more alike than you might think!

La Liga returns to action as Atletico Re

After a seven-week hiatus, La Liga returns to action on Thursday, with out-of-sorts Atletico Madrid embarking on the daunting task of reinstating themselves in the top four.Diego Simeones men headed into the World https://www.brownsglintshop.com/Kendall-Lamm-Jersey Cup break winle s in three straight league matches against bottom-half opposition (D1, L2) and are no longer in the title picture. However, theyll hope to get back to winning ways after the restart as basement boys Elche arrive at the Metropolitano Stadium, providing Los Colchoneros with a perfect chance to launch a new winning run.Defending champions Real Madrid will make their La Liga return on Friday away to mid-table Real Valladolid, keen to bridge a two-point deficit on table-topping Barcelona. Los Blancos blew hot and cold acro s their three top-flight fixtures on the eve of the mid-season break (W1, D1, https://www.brownsglintshop.com/Baker-Mayfield-Jersey L1), but with Karim Benzema back to full fitne s, they are optimistic about regaining consistency.Last but not least, leaders Barcelona will host city rivals Espanyol at the Spotify Camp Nou on Saturday, aiming to pick up where they left off in November. The break was po sibly poorly-timed for Xavi Hernandezs men as they were on an eye-catching five-match winning streak in La Liga, racking up four victories to nil in that span.Atletico Madrid vs Elche Thursday, 29/12/2022Atleticos final La Liga outing in 2022 should be plain sailing for Simeones side. But if Los Colchoneros performances in the young league season are anything to go by, they cannot take anything for granted. They spent the World Cup break in fifth, albeit level on points with fourth-placed Athletic Bilbao, yet after drawing their last two home league games, they must beat Elche at all costs.Pinned to the bottom of the standings as the only La Liga team yet to pick up a single win this term (D4, L10), the visitors look like a doomed outfit before the kick-off.However, Elche performed a managerial change in November, appointing Pablo Machin as their new chief of staff in the clubs last-ditch attempt to haul back https://www.brownsglintshop.com/Myles-Garrett-Jersey an eight-point deficit on safety.Though Machin marked his touchline debut with a 3-0 humbling of CD Guadalajara in Copa del Rey, his underwhelming five-match H2H record against Atletico (D3, L2) tells a different story.Real Valladolid vs Real Madrid Friday, 30/12/2022Forced to play catch-up on Barcelona following a shocking 3-2 defeat at Rayo Vallecano on their most recent La Liga travel, Madrid will be looking to rectify that mistake at the Estadio Jose Zorrilla.Despite losing their last two competitive away matches via an identical 3-2 scoreline, they can draw confidence from winning three consecutive top-flight away H2Hs against Valladolid by an aggregate score of 6-1.Los Merengues should not underestimate their hosts based on their recent H2H fortunes, especially considering Los Pucelanos home form before the break.Pachetas men were enjoying a sublime three-match winning league streak on home turf before the seven-week hiatus curtailed their momentum, suggesting theyll likely give Madrid a run for their money.Barcelona vs Espanyol Saturday, 31/12/2022Barcelona https://www.brownsglintshop.com/Denzel-Ward-Jersey may have suffered back-to-back group-stage eliminations for only the second time in the clubs history, but theyve been nothing short of impre sive in domestic proceedings.Except for a 3-1 El Clasico defeat at the Santiago Bernabeu, the Catalan giants have gone unbeaten in all 13 remaining fixtures in La Liga this term (W12, D1) to seize the top spot heading to New Years Day.To stay there, though, Barca will have to https://www.brownsglintshop.com/Britton-Colquitt-Jersey overcome the absence of standout striker Robert Lewandowski, who will mi s the next three league matches due to suspension.Without the man responsible for 18 goals in 19 appearances in his debut season in Spain, Xavi will have to turn to others to deliver the goods against relegation-battling Espanyol.Los Periquitos embraced the mid-season break with their arms wide open after a disappointing five-game winle s La Liga run (D3, L2) condemned them to a scary-looking 16th place, one point clear of the danger zone.

Crewe Alexandra 0-2 Coventry City 3-2 Ag

I think its fair to say we just left it too late. It looked an uphill battle after the first leg with it being 3-0 but not scoring an early goal and both goals coming in stoppage time gave us too much to do. But I cant fault the players effort, I thought they played okay and at least they didnt give up, wasnt a very good performance in my opinion. Fair play to Crewe they defended well considering thats all they needed to do. I think we were the better team first half, second they were much better. With us out of the cup hopefully we can capitalise and go for the play offs.In his second game in charge Lee Carsley kept the same team that beat Bury on https://www.bearsglintshop.com/Taylor-Gabriel-Jersey Saturday. The skyblues nearly started the comeback as a Carl Baker cro s was headed towards goal by Leon Clarke beating goalkeeper Steve Phillips but the angle of the header just sent it a little wider than https://www.bearsglintshop.com/Akiem-Hicks-Jersey needed. It was Phillips goal again who was tested as a clearance fell to James Bailey who fired in a half volley but it was harmle sly over. It was all Coventry as Baker took a shot which was fumbled by Phillips with Leon Clarke waiting to tap in, but the ball was travelling to fast for him so it just clipped off his head. Danger man Clarke must have been thinking what he had to do to score as Gary McSheffrey cro s was hit first time by the striker but it just flew wide. Crewe could see that Coventry were dangerous on the break, which led to Abdul Osman being booked for a late tackle on Bailey in the first half. McSheffrey was involved in the next City chance as his cro s come shot on the left hand side flew acro s the face of goal clipping a skyblues players , think it was Stephen Elliot, it just wouldnt go in for them. Half time came and all my confidence had gone, needed a first half goal which never came.Crewe were the first ones to test in the second half as a header at the back post from Mark Ellis just fired over the bar, first real warning sign by the railwayman. It was Crewe again who tested Joe Murphy goal as AJ Leitch-Smith was played in and his shot was parried by the Irishman. It was quite funny being so close to the action as Murphys shouting was hilarious. Coventry changed it with Jordan Clarke and Callum Wilson coming on for Richard Wood and Stephen Elliot. It was nearly Clarke who pulled a goal back as his long range effort just flew wide with Phillips diving to his left, not a bad effort. Id say Baker had the mi s of the night as the ball fell to https://www.bearsglintshop.com/Joel-Iyiegbuniwe-Jersey him deep inside the box but he fluffed his shot and it went embarra singly wide, taxi for Baker! Leon Clarke and Joe Murphy were next to be booked, not sure why Murphy was though, must have mi sed that. Leon Clarke and Baker both had other clear cut opportunities but Phillips was there to keep anything from going past him. Coventry made their final substitution with Bailey coming off for John Fleck whilst Crewe made their only sub of the game with https://www.bearsglintshop.com/Kyle-Long-Jersey Leitch-Smith going off for Byron Moore who I thought was very good in the first leg. Heading into stoppage time and Coventry finally got a goal they were most craving as Mark Ellis headed over Phillips and into his own net, rather embarra sing goal to concede! I thought it was Preston all over again as Leon Clarke put us 2-0 up with 3 minutes to go as he as well headed in a cro s from the right hand side, a great bullet header. The travelling support of 2,268, 8,325 overall were sent into a ma s shock of a comeback on the horizon. The spur from the fans got to the Crewe players as Bradden Inman was booked as City hit them again. It was too much to ask though as the away side couldnt pull it back.Gutted to say the least, I didnt think we could do it but getting close has made me even more annoyed, our own fault though as we didnt take our chances as well as we left it too late. All credit to Crewe, did all the work in the first leg so sitting back was all they needed to do. Hopefully we can kick on now and push for the play offs, only thing left in our season, not sure if we can do it but hey it just me being negative. Back to the league Saturday, oh Crewe again! This timeREVENGE!!! PUSB View at CreweAlso this is a idea for a flagIwant to make, any https://www.bearsglintshop.com/David-Montgomery-Jersey ideas, cheers!

A change we can see at Tottenham

<img src=" alt=tottenham hotspur manager />Have you watched the new Tottenham? Ive been really impre sed with the way Tottenham are doing things this season, we needed a left back to compete with Danny Rose https://www.metsshine.com/Steven-Matz-Jersey so we sign Ben Davies.Tottenham actually strengthening in a position we have been desperate for quality in since Christian Ziege/Taricco.The good thing about Davies is he can actually defend. But the best thing Levy and the club are doing is signing key players to longer deals Lloris signed a five year deal then today Jan Vertonghen was offered a 5 year deal by the club. Speaking to Radio 1 in his homeland(Belgium), the versatile defender said: It goes without saying that I would like to stay at Tottenham.I still had a four-year contract but I see that they have offered me a new five-year contract as a great https://www.metsshine.com/Jed-Lowrie-Jersey sign of confidence.Youngsters During pre-season we have seen: Ryan MasonLooked impre sive in the new deeper role he was playing in, but he can also see a pa s great with https://www.metsshine.com/Robinson-Cano-Jersey the long ball but also the short pa s.Mason also formed a very good partnership with Capoue who i believe will be Tottenham 1st choice defensive midfielder.Milo VeljkoviFor a defender who is so young he looked so confident on the ball, playing the ball from the back like he has been a profe sional for 6-7 years. Serbian footy said (Milo Veljkovi) hes a beast for Serbias U19s. Hopefully our next Vidic, Ivanovic, Nastasic or Subotic( @SerbianFooty Jul 23 via Twitter).I would agree with https://www.metsshine.com/Wilson-Ramos-Jersey that statement during the games he has played Milos has made Dawson look like the le s a sured defender. DefenceWe need to strengthen the centre back department big time, i would like us to leave the midfield department and not invest unle s its a marquee signing such as Isco, Griezmann or Viktor Fischer who we have been linked with. In this market it seems like there is alot of quality defenders who are available, the defenders i think we should go for Micah Richards, Toby Alderweireld ,Veltman or Celtic defender Virgil van Dijk.SoldadoSoldados brain, touch and eye for a pa s is seamle s.. Does so much more than given credit for. During pre-season he has contributed 1 goal and two a sists. Soldados link up play has been excellent especially with Lennon and Lamela. Going into the new season i think we can rely on Soldado scoring. His movement, \workrate and positioning tells me this. Special https://www.metsshine.com/Jason-Vargas-Jersey thanks to the editor who has pushed my articles.

Europa Leagueworth winning or not

Last season Harry Redknapp said he didnt want to field a competitive team in the Europa League as he wanted Tottenham to focus on getting back into the Champions League, in some sections of the media it was said Harry publicly devalued the trophy.AVB has stated this week he wants to win the competition with Spurs this season and https://www.cardinalsshine.com/Roger-Maris-Jersey still values it as a credible trophy. With recent winners such as Atletico Madrid, Zenit and Porto it is clearly taken seriously in some quarters but you feel the bigger clubs see it as a hindrance. This seasons Europa League sees the likes of Inter Milan, Liverpool, Spurs, Anzhi, Lyon and Atletico Madrid in the mix the quality in the competition isnt in question but how many will still be taking it seriously when the season reaches its climax next year and they have bigger or maybe even more important fish to fry.It seems since the re-branding and the Thursday night Channel 5 launch the old UEFA cup has https://www.cardinalsshine.com/Keith-Hernandez-Jersey lost its appeal, undoubtedly people would rather play in the Champions League as it is the worlds premier footballing trophy and worth millions but does that mean that the Europa League has no place in European club competition?. https://www.cardinalsshine.com/Lance-Lynn-Jersey This rather strange move of clubs knocked out of the Champions League dropping in has only served to devalue the competition even more as smaller clubs know once these better teams drop in they have very little chance of progre sing. UEFA need to have a rethink about what the Europa League actually is and where it sits in their priorities.I feel it needs to: Sever all ties with the Champions League drop outs this degrades the tournament. Re-brand with a new name that means something as the Europa is the footballing equivalent of blue cro s or value brand now. Potentially go to a straight knock out competition so that we cut the wheat from the chaff quicker, yes the groups https://www.cardinalsshine.com/Steve-Carlton-Jersey mean more revenue but this needs to be a one leg, knock out tie tournament to keep the excitement. Most importantly the winner should get a spot in the following seasons Champions League first round proper as an incentive for the competitors to play their best sides and try to win it.UEFA need to review this and quick because with every season that this carries on this once great club competition is devalued further and further..how long before https://www.cardinalsshine.com/Tyler-O-Neill-Jersey this is the capital one cup of Europe where no one cares about their results within it until after Xmas.Im sure Liverpool, Newcastle and Tottenham would like to win it but you cant help but think other priorities will come into play depending in how their seasons are going. The UEFA cup was once a credible competition that big clubs took seriously and wanted to win, it feels a bit like now its the Champions Leagues annoying little brother.

Manchester Citys Joe Hart Needs All The

Last weekend Joe Hart made another blunder by racing out off his line only for Nastasic who had the ball in control to nod it pa s him and allow Torres in to score the winner. This would be the seventh such mistake which has cost his team a goal or a game, although I would personally write off the game against Munich because they way they https://www.storeprocapitals.com/Nic_Dowd_Jersey.NHL are playing at the moment you would need an army tank to try and stop them.It is fair to be critical of Hart for what happened on Sunday. We are football fans and we all have our opinion. Hart of all people should know that. Some even partially blame Nastasic for not seeing the goalkeeper out of his box and reacting to the situation before him. I dont by onto that at all. I would believe that almost every defender would do and has done in the past what Nastasic did and head a ball which was in control back to his keeper. Most keepers would have expected that he would have done it and stayed where they are to collect the ball in their hands. However Joe https://www.storeprocapitals.com/Mike_Gartner_Jersey.NHL Hart is, in my opinion the best England keeper, the best keeper in the Premier League and, I will leave this open for debate, the best in the world right now. He has proven himself in the past what he is capable of doing and still holds that ability. When a goalkeeper makes a mistake it usually results in a goal being conceded unlike in other areas of the pitch where midfielders and defenders lose the ball they have someone behind them or beside them to cover. The keeper has no such luxury. As a result it can lead to a lo s of confidence not just in himself but all who is around him and more importantly the manager. And that is the predicament that Hart now finds himself in, that could cost him his place in the team and the confidence of a nation gear for World Cup succe s. But its not the only problem he has. Man City are https://www.storeprocapitals.com/Nicklas_Backstrom_Jersey.NHL not a team to nurture players in though times. They are not a team who build for the future while promoting young players in their prime to bring succe s to the club. They buy players full stop. Then they hire managers who pick the team full stop. Manuell Pellegrini is not well renowned for his skill of bringing on young players in the same manner that both Arsene Wenger and Alex Fergusion have done over a many number of years. So I would have my doubts as to whether he will keep faith in Hart in light of the past few mistakes that he has made. He certainly didnt fully back Hart in any post match interview from the game on Sunday. And that not what Joe Hart needs. What he needs is a manager to walk into the dre sing room and kick lumps out him for his stupidity in front of all the players. He needs to know how his mistake has cost the team. The next day in training he needs to be shown https://www.storeprocapitals.com/Jakub_Vrana_Jersey.NHL the video of the game and shown how and asked to explain why he made the decision he did. Then https://www.storeprocapitals.com/Martin_Fehervary_Jersey.NHL he should be brought out to the training ground after the manager and the coaching staff have had a word with him telling how much they believe in his ability and how much he needs now more than ever to go out and show what he can do.To be fair Man City fans arent too critical because they know who much of a world cla s player he is and what he gives the team when those spectacular shots come at him. Those fans are used to seeing their team bounce up and down the league while their neighbours have been moping up titles and trophies. Joe Hart should know he has the support of the bright blue Etihad Stadium now all he needs his support and guidance from club and country.
